Pastor Chris began his ministry with Belvidere Heights on February 1, 2010. He received a bachelor's degree from Williams Baptist College in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas and a master's degree from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. He and his wife Cheryl have two daughters - Crystal who is married to Zack Warren and Cheri, married to Lucas Smith. Pastor Chris and Cheryl have three grandchildren.
Daniel Terrell began working with our youth on August 23, 2009 as Interim Youth Pastor. Dan is a student at Calvary Bible College and working toward his degree in Youth Ministry. He will be involved in the college basketball program this year and his hometown is Alta Vista, Kansas.
Daphne has been the administrative assistant since 1996, having worked for two non-profit organizations prior to her employment at BHBC. She and her husband, Jim have been active in all areas of church work, especially the childrens' programs since they came to this church. They have four children who became believers and were baptized here at BHBC. Two sons live in Lee's Summit and a daughter in Raymore, a son lives in Peculiar. They have seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Daphne also serves as pianist for the church.
