Our church is blessed with dedicated teachers/leaders who serve in all areas of our children's ministries

It is the mission of all our children's ministries to provide a safe learning environment as they are taught the message of God's love and how he cares for them. Our policies require all children's teachers/leaders to be screened and a member of our church for 6 months before they are asked to serve.

We think kids are cool; they are also playful and honest and while parents and families attend Bible study classes & worship on Sunday, children have a nurturing experience awaiting them appropriate for their age and learning. 

A variety of programs such as Sunday School, Children's Church, TeamKids, VBS,  and Children's Choirs provide each child with a well balanced, Bible centered learning process.

Sunday mornings we have Sunday school classes that run from 9:30 - 10:30 am.  Following this, we have a Children's Church service which includes a variety of activities.

CHILDREN'S CHURCH

Bible study is the heart of our ministry to families.  Teachers utilize creative, age - appropriate activites to help children learn Bible truths and the practical daily application of those truths. 

Ages: 4 thru 5th grades.

TEAMKIDS

   TeamKID - What is TeamKIDS?  It is the midweek children's ministry at Belvidere Heights Baptist Church which is held on Wednesday evenings - September thru May.  We love kids and our goal is to make TeamKID the best 75 minutes in every kid's week.  

   In TeamKID children have fun learning through drama, Bible stories, music, puppets, games, special Bible learning activities, and crafts.  These planned activities are provided on a rotating basis.  We have two store nights - one in May and one in December for the children to spend their earned "dollars".
